Arrival and welcome

Feel at Home Relocation is there to welcome the customer who is about to move to the new city. After a preliminary information session, our Feel at Home Relocation consultant will accompany you around the city. Our consultant will welcome you on your arrival, will take care of your temporary accommodation in a hotel or apartment, and will tour the city with you for you to select the area where your new home will be located.

Housing hunting and management starts with an explanation of the real estate market dynamics of the different areas of the city, and moves on to an online pre-selection of properties, based on the customer’s requirements and budget. When the most suitable properties have been identified, Feel at Home Relocation will accompany the customer during the visits.

Contracts and utilities

Feel at Home helps its customers to select and negotiate with the various providers of domestic utilities, such as gas, electricity, telephone, internet, pay-TV, etc. This can be quite time consuming and requires specific negotiation skills. Feel at Home is by your side throughout the entire process.

Moving and settling in

Once you have chosen the property that best suits your needs, Feel at Home Relocation offers assistance in choosing the most suitable moving company for the type of goods being moved (art works, antiques, musical instruments, etc.) and takes care of every single detail, up to the delivery of the fully furnished and clean property.
Upon request, Feel at Home can also customise your new home: from simple repainting to advice on updating and interior decoration of the property, according to the customer’s tastes and requirements.
